Decembers General Meeting: 5 December 2007
After many years of holding the office of President of The Austin Bass Club, Mike Shields has pass the gavel to Keith Nichols. Keith served as Tournament Director in 2006 and will make a fine President in 2007. Mike has agreed to support the office of the President by holding the office of Vise-President. Jake Jakubowsky will remain the Clubs Treasure and Tim Spencer has taken over as the Secretary and Jeff Woodard moves to Tournament Director. Bobby Landes and Dennis Perish volunteered to serve as Board of Directors.
Returning Member:
Sidney Moore a former member of the Austin Bass Club has rejoins the Club by a slim margin of of 100% of the voting members present. Welcome back Sidney.
Constitution and By-Laws: Revised 03 October 2006
It is strongly recommended that all members read the Constitution and By-Laws. It was brought up at the last club meeting that By-Laws especially tournament rules have not been enforced. Changes were made, voted on and passed at the October Meeting and they appear in "RED".
